Section, act June 29, 1935, ch. 338, title I, §9, as added Aug. 14, 1946, ch. 966, title I, §101(2), 60 Stat. 1083, authorized appropriations for agricultural experiment stations, provided for availability of funds and unexpended balances, and prescribed allotments for the experiment stations.
