On and after December 26, 2007, none of the funds appropriated under this heading shall be available to carry out research related to the production, processing, or marketing of tobacco or tobacco products.

7 U.S.C. § 2254a — Availability of funds appropriated for Agricultural Research Service for research related to tobacco or tobacco products is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
