Every member of the legislature and all officers of the government of Guam shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I solemnly swear (or affirm) in the presence of Almighty God that I will well and faithfully support the Constitution of the United States, the laws of the United States applicable to Guam and the laws of Guam, and that I will conscientiously and impartially discharge my duties as a member of the Guam Legislature (or as an officer of the government of Guam)."

48 U.S.C. § 1423d — Oath of office is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
