Section 1371, Pub. L. 86–649, title II, §201, July 14, 1960, 74 Stat. 506, related to fees, charges, and commissions for applications and other documents relating to public lands and resources. Section 1372, Pub. L. 86–649, title II, §202(a), July 14, 1960, 74 Stat. 506, provided that existing fees, charges, and commissions remain in effect until changed or abolished by the Secretary.
