Section 9631, Pub. L. 96–510, title II, §221, Dec. 11, 1980, 94 Stat. 2801; Pub. L. 99–499, title II, §204, Oct. 17, 1986, 100 Stat. 1696, provided for establishment of a Hazardous Substances Superfund, so redesignated by section 204 of Pub. L. 99–499.
