(a) Eligibility.—Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation. (b) Voting.—Each member (except an honorary or sustaining member) has one vote on each matter submitted to a vote at a meeting of the members. The corporation may provide in its constitution and bylaws for additional voting rights based on dues paid.
