Section 741, acts May 14, 1908, ch. 168, §7, 35 Stat. 162; June 17, 1910, ch. 301, §6, 36 Stat. 538; Mar. 4, 1913, ch. 141, §1, 37 Stat. 736, related to reports of aids to navigation which might be discontinued. Section 742, R.S. §4674; acts Feb. 14, 1903, ch. 552, §10, 32 Stat. 829; June 17, 1910, ch. 301, §6, 36 Stat. 538; Mar. 4, 1913, ch. 141, §1, 37 Stat. 736, related to discontinuance and reestablishment of lights. Provisions of section 742 were substantially incorporated into sections 501 and 504 of Title 14, Coast Guard.
