Section, added Pub. L. 94–464, §2(b), Oct. 8, 1976, 90 Stat. 1986; amended Pub. L. 96–513, title V, §515(3), Dec. 12, 1980, 94 Stat. 2937, provided for the payment of malpractice liability of National Guard Medical personnel.
