Section 956, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title V, §561, 60 Stat. 1011, related to detail of military and naval personnel as inspectors or supervisors of buildings, or as couriers. Section 957, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title V, §562, 60 Stat. 1011, authorized the Secretary of the Navy to assign enlisted men of the Navy and Marine Corps to serve as custodians at an embassy, legation, or consulate.
