The Capitol Police may accept the donation of animals to be used in the canine units of the Capitol Police. This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2005 and each fiscal year thereafter.

2 U.S.C. § 1976 — Acceptance of donations of animals is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Capitol Police may accept the donation of animals to be used in the canine units of the Capitol Police. This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2005 and each fiscal year thereafter.
