Section, act Aug. 9, 1950, ch. 658, §15, as added Pub. L. 109–59, title X, §10119, Aug. 10, 2005, 119 Stat. 1929; amended Pub. L. 109–74, title I, §103, Sept. 29, 2005, 119 Stat. 2031, related to expenditure of remaining balance in the Boat Safety Account. A prior section 15 of act Aug. 9, 1950, was renumbered section 16 and is set out as a note under section 777 of this title.
