Section, act Aug. 28, 1954, ch. 1041, title V, §503, 68 Stat. 908, provided that nothing in section 590h(b) of this title or in any other law, shall be construed to authorize the imposition of limitations upon the number of terms for which members of county committees established under such section may be reelected.
