As used in this subchapter: The term "National Forest lands" means lands included in the National Forest System (as defined in section 1609(a) of this title). The term "Recreation Area" means the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area established by this subchapter. The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Agriculture.
