(a) Human Relations Training Required.—The Secretary of the Army shall include as part of the training program for drill sergeants a course in human relations. The course shall be a minimum of two days in duration. (b) Resources.—In developing a human relations course under this section, the Secretary shall use the capabilities and expertise of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).

10 U.S.C. § 7418 — Drill sergeant trainees: human relations training is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
