§ 13-1300 Definitions. As used in this article:

§ 13-1300 Definitions. As used in this article:
The term, "self-supporting improvement" shall mean any recreational facility, and parking areas in connection therewith, established pursuant to this article from which revenues are obtained by the imposition and collection of rates, fees, tolls or admissions.
The term "charges" shall mean any fees, tolls, rates or admissions.
