§ 73. Affidavits of publication of necessary notices to be preserved. It shall be the duty of the county treasurer to procure, preserve and register in his office, affidavits of the publication of all the notices by this title required to be published, and such affidavits shall be presumptive proof of such publication in all the courts of this state.
