§ 18. Offices for receiver of taxes. The town board of each town may in its discretion provide suitable office quarters for the receiver of taxes with the necessary furniture and fixtures and shall provide stationery and supplies and the cost thereof shall be a town charge to be audited and paid as are other town charges.
