§ 3424. Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools. 1. Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:

N.Y. Pub. Health Law § 3424 — Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
§ 3424. Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools. 1. Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:
(a) maintain and file such periodic records and reports as the department shall require; and
(b) notify the department promptly of any change in school registration or change of employment.
