§ 2002. Contents of report. The report as set forth in section two thousand one of this article shall be designated an Alzheimer's disease report and shall contain information which the commissioner establishes as necessary to identify, locate and investigate the occurrence, frequency, incidence, cause, effect and prognosis of Alzheimer's disease, and other relevant data and findings with respect thereto.
