§ 176.10 Insurance fraud in the fifth degree.

§ 176.10 Insurance fraud in the fifth degree.
A person is guilty of insurance fraud in the fifth degree when he commits a fraudulent insurance act.
Insurance fraud in the fifth degree is a class A misdemeanor.
