N.Y. Educ. Law § 8803 — The practice of and use of the title "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant" is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
§ 8803. The practice of and use of the title "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant". Only a person licensed, certified or exempt under this article shall practice applied behavior analysis. Only a person licensed or certified under this article shall use the titles "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant."
