N.Y. Educ. Law § 4316 — Construction, alteration, improvement and repair of buildings of school is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
§ 4316. Construction, alteration, improvement and repair of buildings of school. All of the provisions of section one hundred twenty-seven of the state finance law shall apply, so far as applicable, to the construction, alteration, improvements and repair of buildings for the school. For such purpose, the education department shall be the department having jurisdiction as such expression is used in such section.
