§ 1703. Formation of benefit corporations.

N.Y. Bus. Corp. Law § 1703 — Formation of benefit corporations is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
§ 1703. Formation of benefit corporations.
A benefit corporation shall be formed in accordance with this chapter except that its certificate of incorporation shall also state that it is a benefit corporation.
