Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 4401 — GENERAL ADMINISTRATION, POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this division:
(a) “Department” means the State Department of Developmental Services.
(b) “Director” means the Director of Developmental Services.
(c) “State hospital” means any hospital specified in Section 4440.
