(a) It is the intent of the Legislature that, commencing with the 1994–95 fiscal year, this article shall be funded by the federal government, the state, and eligible counties.

Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 1820.5 — Juvenile Offender Local Prevention and Corrections Act is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) It is the intent of the Legislature that, commencing with the 1994–95 fiscal year, this article shall be funded by the federal government, the state, and eligible counties.
(b) It is the intent of the Legislature that the amount of funding from each source identified in paragraph (1) shall be determined in the Budget Act of 1994.
