Projects shall have one or more of the following benefits:

Cal. Water Code § 81040 — Implementation is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Projects shall have one or more of the following benefits:
(a) Measurably reduce urban per capita potable water use.
(b) Measurably reduce agricultural water use.
(c) Increase the use or availability of recycled water supply.
(d) Reduce greenhouse gas emission and water and energy use.
