(a) There is hereby created in the account the Floodplain Mapping Subaccount.

Cal. Water Code § 79033 — Floodplain Mapping Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) There is hereby created in the account the Floodplain Mapping Subaccount.
(b) The sum of two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) is hereby transferred from the account to the Floodplain Mapping Subaccount for the purposes of implementing this article.
