Cal. Water Code § 75542 — Establishment of Zones and Registration of Water-Measuring Devices is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Any new water-producing facility constructed or reestablished after the period prescribed in Section 75541 shall be registered with the district and, if required by the board, measured with a water-measuring device satisfactory to the district within 30 days after the completion or reestablishment thereof.
