A copy of the resolution of consolidation shall be published, pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code, in a newspaper circulated in the improvement districts being consolidated. A copy of the resolution shall also be posted in three public places within each of the improvement districts…

Cal. Water Code § 72740.5 — Consolidation of Improvement Districts is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
A copy of the resolution of consolidation shall be published, pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code, in a newspaper circulated in the improvement districts being consolidated. A copy of the resolution shall also be posted in three public places within each of the improvement districts being consolidated for at least two weeks.
