Cal. Water Code § 4300 — Payment by and Collection From State Agencies and Public Entities is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
If the owner of the right is a county, municipality, district, political subdivision, public corporation, or state agency, or is public utility as defined in the Public Utilities Code, the department shall, on or before the 15th day of June of each year, serve each such owner named in the statement with a true copy thereof.
