Cal. Water Code § 42355 — Proceedings After Election is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
If the canvass of the votes cast at the special election shows more than one-half of all votes cast are “Completion of project—Yes” and also shows that more than one-half of the qualified voters who voted at the election voted “Completion of project—Yes” the board shall appoint the commissioners provided for in Article 1 (commencing with Section 46150) of Chapter 2 of Part 9 of this division and thereafter proceedings shall be taken and followed as are provided in this division for assessments and completion of projects.
