The assessment book shall contain:

Cal. Water Code § 36573 — Assessment Book is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The assessment book shall contain:
(a) The name of the holder of title to the land if known, and if unknown, that fact shall be stated.
(b) A description of the land sufficient to identify it.
(c) The cash value of the land.
