On Monday in each week the collector shall do both of the following:

Cal. Water Code § 31320 — Settlements and Statements is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
On Monday in each week the collector shall do both of the following:
(a) Settle with the secretary for all money collected for taxes during the week next preceding.
(b) Pay the money to the depositary designated by the board.
