The notice of the formation election shall contain:

Cal. Water Code § 30292 — Election on Formation is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The notice of the formation election shall contain:
(a) The date of the election.
(b) A description of the boundaries of the proposed district.
(c) The name of the proposed district, which name shall contain the words “County Water District.”
(d) A statement that the first directors will be elected at that election, who will take office if the district is formed.
