Any refunding bonds may be either:

Cal. Water Code § 25335 — Bond Issuance is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Any refunding bonds may be either:
(a) Sold from time to time in the same manner as other bonds of the district.
(b) Exchanged for other bonds or warrants of the district upon terms approved by the commission.
