The treasurer shall enter all of the following in the record of registered warrants he is required to keep:

Cal. Water Code § 24660 — Registration of Warrants is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The treasurer shall enter all of the following in the record of registered warrants he is required to keep:
(a) Dates of the payment of the warrants.
(b) Names of the persons to whom payments are made.
(c) Amount paid to each person.
