As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

Cal. Water Code § 1745 — Water Supplier Contracts is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Person” includes a public agency.
(b) “Water supplier” means a local public agency or private company supplying or storing water, or a mutual water company.
