Cal. Water Code § 13453 — Water Conservation and Water Quality Bond Law of 1986 is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
There is hereby created the 1986 Water Conservation and Water Quality Bond Fund in the State Treasury.
