Cal. Water Code § 1312 — Publication of Notice is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The notice shall be published at the expense of the applicant at least once a week for three consecutive weeks, commencing within 20 days of the date of issuance of the notice, in a newspaper having a general circulation and published within the county wherein the point of diversion lies, or, if there are points of diversion in more than one county, in each county in which a point of diversion lies.
