Cal. Water Code § 12550 — The Colorado River Fund is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
All irrigation districts, county water districts, municipal water districts, metropolitan water districts, county water authorities, water conservation districts, and flood control districts, may make such contributions to the Colorado River Fund as, in the exercise of the discretion of their respective governing bodies, is deemed advisable.
