Cal. Unemp. Ins. Code § 9602.5 — Powers and Duties is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

The department shall establish, in conjunction with the Department of Social Services, the Department of Industrial Relations, the Department of Education, and the Chancellor’s office of the California Community Colleges, a systemwide policy of actively promoting the training of women in nontraditional occupations. For purposes of this section, “nontraditional occupations” means any job classification in which not more than 25 percent of the employees are women, according to the statistics of the United States Department of Labor.

This section is not intended, and shall not be construed, to require any local agency to make any expenditures to further the policy set forth in this section.
