There shall be maintained within the fund three separate accounts:

Cal. Unemp. Ins. Code § 1525 — Unemployment Fund is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
There shall be maintained within the fund three separate accounts:
(a) A clearing account.
(b) An Unemployment Trust Fund account.
(c) A benefit account.
