Every licensed toll bridge or toll ferry shall have the rates of toll as fixed by the board of supervisors, printed or written, posted up in some conspicuous place on or near the bridge or ferry.

Cal. Sts. & High. Code § 30870 — Toll Bridges Under Franchises Granted Prior to 1929 and Toll Ferries Under Franchises Granted Prior to 1933 is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
