Cal. Sts. & High. Code § 27243 — Issuance of District Bonds and Disposition of Surplus Proceeds is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Prior to the preparation of definitive bonds the board may issue temporary bonds of any denomination and with or without coupons and subject to the same restrictions imposed upon the issuance of definitive bonds.
