The Controller shall distribute the proceeds of the sale in the following order:

Cal. Rev. & Tax. Code § 7934 — Sale of State-Acquired Property is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Controller shall distribute the proceeds of the sale in the following order:
(a) The payment of all expenses of the sale.
(b) The payment of all amounts due from the supplier under this part.
(c) The remainder to the General Fund of the state.
