Cal. Pub. Util. Code § 461.2 — Rates is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

For purposes of establishing rates for a telephone or telegraph corporation, the commission shall include all revenues and expenses of the corporation from the installation and maintenance of that simple inside wiring which is subject to the order of the Federal Communications Commission deregulating that wiring (CC Docket No. 79-105, FCC 86-63; 51 F.R. 8498, March 12, 1986).
