Moneys for the School Energy Efficiency Stimulus Program for each program year shall be allocated as follows:

Cal. Pub. Util. Code § 1616 — School Energy Efficiency Stimulus Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Moneys for the School Energy Efficiency Stimulus Program for each program year shall be allocated as follows:
(a) Seventy-five percent to the SRVEVR Program.
(b) Twenty-five percent to the SNPFA Program.
