Cal. Pub. Util. Code § 130400 — Transaction and Use Taxes in the County of Orange is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this article:
(a) “Commission” means the county transportation commission created in Orange County pursuant to Section 130000.
(b) “County” means the County of Orange.
(c) “Transit operations” means all activities related to operating a transit system other than the purchase, construction, and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and facilities for public transit purposes.
