As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean:
Citator
Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 5812 — Wetlands Preservation is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean:
(a) “Agency” means the Resources Agency.
(b) “Departments” means the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the California Coastal Conservancy.
