Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 42973.9 — Product Stewardship for Carpets is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
A carpet stewardship organization shall be responsible for a carpet stewardship plan and shall make decisions regarding the implementation of a carpet stewardship plan, consistent with this chapter. A carpet stewardship organization shall not delegate any responsibility of its board of directors, or any decisionmaking responsibility regarding a carpet stewardship plan, to a person who is not a member of its board of directors.
